New Product Reviews API

Our new Product Reviews API allows you to seamlessly integrate product reviews into your custom storefront, mobile apps, or other platforms. Whether you’re working with mobile app and web app providers or building your own app, this API enables you to retrieve, display, and create an interface to post reviews from the product detail page with ease. Showcasing authentic customer feedback helps build trust and boosts conversion rates, giving your shoppers the insights they need to make confident purchasing decisions.

New Product Recommendations API

Deliver personalized shopping experiences across all channels with our new Product Recommendations API. This APIs supports the following types of product recommendations:

• Trending products: Returns the most selling products in the store or POS.
• Recently Viewed products: Return the product recently viewed by the customer.
• Related products: Return the product related to a specified product.
• Based on past purchases: Return the product recommendations based on the customer’s past purchases.
• Based on recently viewed: Return the product recommendations based on recent views.
• Based on items added to cart: Returns product recommendations based on items added to the cart by the customers.

We’re expanding our Loyalty module with a suite of new APIs to help you better engage your customers and reward them for their actions. These include:
