Position Overview:
As the Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading and growing our enterprise sales team. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in enterprise sales leadership, a deep understanding of SAAS solutions, and the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strategic leadership to the enterprise sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans as needed.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise-level
- clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a customer-centric approach and satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Oversee accurate and timely sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
- Foster effective communication channels between sales and other departments to drive collective success.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales on the global market, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and growing high-performance sales teams.
Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the SAAS industry, market dynamics, and enterprise sales processes.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-Oriented:
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
