We’re excited to introduce our latest update – the Opt-Out Block Feature. This new feature allows you to create a separate opt-out list for specific type of campaign, so you can exclude customers who have opted out of certain types of emails.
To create an opt-out list for a specific type of campaign, you can send an email to your master list with the opt-out block included, and ask your subscribers to opt-out of that type of campaign by clicking on the Opt-out button, this action will add them to a list which you have configured with the Opt-out block.
Use cases:
For example, if you’re sending a Mother’s Day campaign, you can create a separate opt-out list specifically for that campaign and exclude that list while sending Monther’s Day campaign. This will ensure that the customers who have opted out from the Mother’s Day campaign will not receive your email message.
With the Opt-Out Block Feature, you’ll have more control over your email marketing, enabling you to create more targeted and relevant campaigns for your customers. You can create different opt-out lists for different types of campaigns, such as holiday promotions, product launches, or event invitations.
