• Points Change Triggers: Automatically initiate actions in Shopify or other connected applications whenever a customer’s loyalty points change in AiTrillion. For example, you can send a personalized email to notify customers when they earn points after a purchase or reach a loyalty milestone. It will also allow the update of the available points into any third-party POS system.
• Event-Based Point Redemption: Seamlessly redeem customer points in AiTrillion based on events triggered in Shopify or other integrated apps, like POS systems. For instance, if a customer purchases the POS, and redeems their loyalty points, then they can be automatically redeemed from the AiTrillion account to stay in sync.
• Third-Party App Communication: This integration allows events and activations based on AiTrillion triggers to be communicated through Shopify, enabling seamless interaction with all other third-party apps connected to your Shopify store.
