In our latest enhancement to the AiTrillion loyalty module’s VIP tier program, sellers can now leverage a new feature to assign loyalty tiers based on Shopify customer tags. Previously, tier assignment was solely dependent on earned points and total spending. With this addition, sellers gain the flexibility to assign tiers by simply adding tags, aligning with their specific use cases. This update also allows seamless integration with other apps that utilize tags based on diverse scenarios.
Moreover, AiTrillion now enables integration with Membership Program, providing flexibility to sellers to offer the VIP tier benefits as Membership plan perks. As the membership plan assigns a tag to the customer, the tier can be easily determined based on this tag.
While this feature opens up exciting possibilities, it’s essential to note a limitation: sellers won’t be able to utilize the tier re-calculation option after a set period, typically 365 days or one calendar year.
