Take control of Affiliate commissions with AiTrillion’s auto-assign criteria.

We are excited to announce a new feature in the AiTrillion Affiliate module that enhances the management of your affiliate program. Sellers can now set criteria for automatically assigning affiliates to specific groups, streamlining the process of managing commissions and incentives.

With this update, you can automatically categorize affiliates based on:

  • Total Orders: Automatically assign affiliates to groups based on the total number of orders they have referred.
  • Total Revenue Referred: Automatically assign affiliates to groups based on the total number of revenue they have generated.
  • Total Unique Customers Referred: Automatically assign affiliates to groups based on the total number of unique customers they have brought in.

The criteria for auto-assigning affiliate groups can be the same across all groups, providing a unified approach to affiliate categorization. Even with the introduction of this feature, manual affiliate group assignments will still be possible and will take priority over auto group assignments. This means you retain full control and flexibility in managing your affiliates.

Use Case:

Optimizing Affiliate Management for an E-commerce Store

Scenario: An e-commerce store owner wants to efficiently manage a growing affiliate network and ensure that top-performing affiliates are rewarded with higher commissions.

Implementation:

  1. The store owner sets up the same criteria for auto-assigning all affiliate groups:
    • Total Orders: Affiliates with more than 50 orders.
    • Total Revenue Referred: Affiliates generating over $5,000 in revenue.
    • Total Unique Customers Referred: Affiliates referring more than 20 unique customers.
  2. As affiliates meet these criteria, they are automatically assigned to the respective groups.
  3. If the store owner identifies an exceptional affiliate who doesn’t meet the criteria but deserves special consideration, they can manually assign them to a higher group, ensuring that manual assignments always have higher priority.

The store owner can now efficiently manage and incentivize affiliates, ensuring that high performers are rewarded appropriately. This automated system reduces administrative workload and helps maintain a motivated and productive affiliate network.

By leveraging the auto-assign criteria, sellers can optimize their affiliate programs, ensuring a fair and scalable approach to managing affiliate commissions.
