We are excited to introduce two powerful actions to supercharge your workflow automation in AiTrillion: “Update Tags (Customer)” and “Update Tags (Order).” With these new additions, you now have the ability to seamlessly add and remove tags from both customers and orders, allowing for unparalleled customization and control over your e-commerce operations.

Combine the flexibility of the Ordered Product Filter with the capabilities of the “Update Tags” actions to unlock a new level of personalized customer experiences and streamlined processes. Here’s how these features work together:

Use case:

By combining the Ordered Product Filter with the “Update Tags (Customer)” and “Update Tags (Order)” actions, you can create highly targeted and personalized promotions for your customers. Here’s an example use case:

  •  Identify Customers and Orders: Use the Ordered Product Filter to identify customers who have made specific product purchases or belong to certain segments. Apply relevant tags to these customers using the “Update Tags (Customer)” action. Simultaneously, tag their corresponding orders using the “Update Tags (Order)” action.
  • Targeted Customer Tagging: Utilize the Ordered Product Filter to identify customers who have purchased specific products or belong to certain segments. With the “Update Tags (Customer)” action, effortlessly add or remove tags based on their purchase history, preferences, or demographics. This empowers you to create targeted marketing campaigns, tailored promotions, and personalized recommendations that resonate with each customer.   • Personalized Promotions: Leverage the customer tags and order tags to create tailored promotions.
