3) To add a message, you can create a new template or select from the pre-approved list. Countries in the pre-approval templates list, only use ‘Pre-approved’ templates in the campaign.

4) Use the Shortcode functionality to get personalisation parameters for the message. Select the customer attribute and copy the personalisation parameter into your message.

5) Use Shorten URL functionality to use short URLs in the message to save character count to add more content. Add URL and click on the Shorten URL button to add the short URL in the message.

6) You can also preview the SMS in Real-time; if it looks good then you are good to go.

7) You can schedule the campaign for later or instantly send it as required.

8) Once done, it shows the campaign summary for your insights.

9) Go to the dashboard to check the status and reports of the campaign.
